Introduction

I’m a versatile IT professional with over a decade of experience delivering impactful technology solutions across a wide range of domains. My career began as the sole IT resource for a small nonprofit, where I managed everything from end-user support and application troubleshooting to network and server setup. I was also responsible for identifying future IT needs, assessing new solutions, and ensuring cost-effective integration with existing systems. Since then, I’ve transitioned to a larger nonprofit organization where my role has expanded significantly. While I still assist with occasional high-level support issues, my focus has shifted toward infrastructure services—including virtualization, cloud computing, and identity management. I now work with a small team that includes help desk staff, allowing me to concentrate more on strategic and high-impact technical initiatives.
